No, you do not need a technical background! Sapphire provides extensive and ongoing trainings for our internal employees. We provide an innovative and comprehensive Leadership in Training program, and with our training staff solely dedicated to making sure that our internal employees have extensive knowledge on the industry and internal operations, you are sure to have the tools you need personally to succeed.
