Participation Details
Simply contact a recruiter with your referral information. We will track them for you and if your referral is placed on contract for three months or longer, we will pay you a referral fee based on the below tiers.

Rules and Restrictions

• Referral fee amounts are paid out after referral works three months of service.
• Referral fees are subject to tax.
• Referrals are valid for one year from date of referral.
• Sapphire Technologies has no previous knowledge of the referred candidate or has not contacted the candidate within the past 6 months.
• Sapphire Technologies was not aware of the referred candidate's availability.

 

IT candidates who refer new job orders to Sapphire Technologies may be eligible to earn a referral fee! Whether you know of a company that has an IT opening or a manager in need of IT talent, simply refer the job order to your recruiter and earn $500 for every one that results in the placement of one or more candidate(s).

Rules and Restrictions

• The referred requisition must be filled through Sapphire Technologies, though it does not need to be the branch that has the relationship with the referring candidate.
• The referred job order must be a minimum of three months in length and a minimum of 35 hours a week.
• Referral fees are paid out 90 days after the successful placement of an IT candidate in that job order or after the entire placement fee is received for Permanent job orders.
• Sapphire Technologies must have no previous knowledge of the referred client company's job order.
• Referrals fees subject to tax
