Education
Robert graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities
Robert is responsible for managing Sapphire's national and regional sales efforts in its 42 business units across the U.S. In addition, he oversees the company's key functions including the marketing, technology, and employee development groups as well as all other operational support departments. Accelerating growth and expanding Sapphire Technologies' market presence are Robert's key initiatives. In line with this, he also directs the management of DB Concepts, Sapphire's international recruiting arm, which handles all the company's immigration and global hiring activities as well as the strategic development of offshore and near shore recruiting capabilities with facilities in Hyderabad, India.

Company History
Robert joined Sapphire Technologies in 1994 as an Account Manager in the company's corporate headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Throughout his career at Sapphire, he has held multiple roles including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Robert was responsible for the day-to-day sales strategy for the organization and was instrumental for reinforcing the company's culture. Robert's steadfast leadership has helped position the organization to sustain economic changes and market fluctuations. Under his skilled direction, Sapphire Technologies has experienced tremendous growth and development with clients in virtually every sector.
