Responsibilities
In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Kristin supervises a team of seasoned individuals responsible for all internal and marketing communications. With a heavy focus on brand awareness, online marketing, and web 2.0 initiatives, the team has become a strategic part of the sales cycle and a key contributor to the company’s mission and vision.

Company History
Kristin has over 15 years of marketing experience. She joined Sapphire in 2001 as the Director of the company’s marketing team. In this role, she managed the implementation of Sapphire’s first true internal communication department. Focusing on improving communications between the company’s growing network of regional offices, she led the creative efforts of her team in developing a corporate intranet, launched new communication mediums, implemented standardized training initiatives, and assisted in building and managing the company’s first consolidated proposal services team which provides pre-sales and RFP related activities and established internal retention programs. In 2006, Kristin was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and her role expanded to include external and PR related functions and development of the company’s online vision.
